When a visitor sends a request, the website may receive the selected service categories, the selected business problem, name, company website, email address, phone / Telegram / WhatsApp contact, free-form message, source of the form and website language. The website and hosting infrastructure may also receive technical request data needed to deliver and secure the service, such as IP address, request time, browser/device information, requested URL and security events.

3. Why the information is used

Information is used to receive and answer enquiries, prepare an audit or commercial proposal, contact the visitor, understand the requested services, maintain a reasonable history of enquiries, prevent abuse, secure the website and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Submitted requests are stored in the WordPress administration area as private lead records. A notification is sent to the website administrator by email. If Telegram notifications are enabled in the website configuration, the enquiry details may also be sent to the agency through Telegram.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis depends on the situation and applicable law. It may include steps taken at the user’s request before entering into a service agreement, consent where it is specifically requested, the agency’s legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and protecting the service, or a legal obligation. The final wording must be reviewed against the verified country of registration and the agency’s actual business processes.

5. Service providers and data transfers

Data may be accessible only where needed to authorized Agency44 personnel and technical providers involved in operating the website. The hosting provider stores the website, database and private lead records. The agency’s email provider may process enquiry notifications. Telegram may process enquiry details when Telegram notifications are enabled. The website also loads third-party technical resources such as Google Fonts and JavaScript libraries delivered through a CDN; ordinary connection metadata may be visible to those providers.

6. Google advertising tag

The website uses Google advertising tag AW-18385551501 with Consent Mode. Advertising/analytics storage and related advertising consent signals are denied by default. If the visitor selects “Accept all”, the website updates those consent signals to granted; if “Necessary only” is selected, they remain denied. 7. Retention and user rights

The current theme does not automatically delete lead records after a fixed period. The final retention period should be confirmed by the business owner and aligned with actual operational and legal requirements. Personal data should not be kept in identifiable form longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described above unless a longer period is required by law.

Depending on applicable law, a user may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Requests can be sent using the privacy contact details listed above.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website functionality, categories of information, advertising/analytics setup, service providers or applicable legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page with the update date shown above.
